SAMANIR solar tracker is an innovative and efficient system which tracks the sun from East to West every day automatically and significantly increases the output and Investment rate of return in solar Photovoltaic power plants. Using SAMANIR single-axis tracker instead of fixed tilt structure increases the power plant electricity production up to 25% in the year and up to 40% in a sunny day. This system has been designed perfectly and durably in harshest weather condition with near zero maintenance requirements. This is the first solar PV tracker made in Iran in an industrial scale.

SAMANIR Solar Tracker is designed based on: Years of comprehensive researches, then complicated hand calculations and software analyses, and finally various experimental and practical field tests (including wind tunnel, etc.) and optimizing the design according to the results. All structures are designed by experienced elite Iranian professionals.

Standard high-grade materials are used in manufacturing SAMANIR Solar Tracker. Cutting, Bending, Drilling and Machining operations are performed by CNC machines with some-tenth millimeter precision; Welding operation are performed with highly practiced technicians in a workshop equipped with different types of welding devices; and Galvanizing process are performed according to standards in credible workshops.

SAMANIR Solar Structures are manufactured in a professional mechanic workshop with 10,000 ton/year capacity. This workshop located in Alborz science and technology park and include 7,000 m2 industrial shed equipped with differenet kinds of machines such as cutting, bending, welding, turning, etc and also 12,000 m2 assembly yard.
Thank to valuable experience and high quality equipments, this workshop has a precise quality control on manufacturing the parts and has been able to achive many rewards and certifications such as ISO 9001-2015
